Water jet cutting is a manufacturing method, which is universally applicable for many tasks.
Most different materials
such as steel, aluminum, marble, ceramics or plastics can be cut in large
thicknesses.
With feedrates up to 40m/min
for abrasive and up to 70m/min for pure water cuts, the new machine
generation
made by Tecnocut offers a
high-efficient production machine for tasks which have till now been done by
laser,
plasma, milling or wire
erosion machines.
So far, Tecnocut is already
the market leader in Italy for abrasive water jet cutting as well as for pure
water jet cutting
machines with a market share
of over 70%. The quality and innovation strengths of Tecnocut and the
I-H&S GmbH
connect these two companies.
Thus it was self-evident to built up a strategical partnership in order to
ensure a
surface covering sales and
service base for water jet cutting machines in Germany and adjacent markets.
Machine Concept IDRO 1740
The structure of the table
was conceived according to specific criterias suitable for the water jet
cutting technology.
A twisting-free bridge
structure with fixed guidance and labyrinth cover lying above ensures a
maximum accuracy,
even after a use of many
years. The movement takes place on sliders, which are propelled with
brushless engines.
The racks, pinions and
sliders of the axes are arranged above the water surface. The labyrinth cover
protects against
water splashs and abrasive
dust. Thanks to this structure, the side ranges of the working plane remain
free and the
extension possibility of
auxiliary and conveyor systems for workpieces exists. Through the vertically
opening safety
doors on both longitudinal
axes of the machine, an outstanding accesibility to the working area is
given. Additionally
those safety doors protect
against contamination of the machine environment and so, fulfill the CE
standards.
Pump Technology Jetpower
Tecnocut has developed a new
concept of pressure pumps. The Jetpower 60Hp and 120Hp have a set of
advantages in the
pump technology, which will
inspire you. Alternatively 3 or 6 cylinder pressure intensifiers, independently
switched, provide
an always equal lasting
pumping pression, without that a pressure balance container is needed. When a
cylinder needs to
be maintained, it can be
switched off and the other cylinders take over the work untill the operator has
the time to accomplish
the seal replacement. The
production cycle will not be interrupted and the operating process can be
conducted with equal
quality.
All pumps are equipped with
monitoring functions, which imediately recognize the even smallest decrease
of pressure.
Independent pressure
intensifiers, which are parallel electronically synchronized, produce a
continuously dynamic pressure
result. This leads to a
massive wear reduction of all components.
The enclosed pressure pumps
of the Jetpower series are conceived to be uncomplicated to maintain and
operator friendly.
The air/oil cooling system
enables a reduction of the handling expenses, since the water requirement for
the conventional
pressure intensifiers is
avoided. A continuous technique concept with all installation sizes provides
highest efficiency and
reliability of the Jetpower
series.
Cutting Head Technology
Already the 3 axes cutting
heads are equipped with an anti-collision feeler to protect against damage.
Beyond that, the 5 axes
cutting head has a straightness adjustment without additional charge, which
is regulated over the
control unit of the machine. For separation cuts the straightness adjustment
can
be switched off.
Alternatively 1 or 2 cutting heads can be inserted. A combination of 3-axes
and 5-axes
cutting heads is possible at
any time.
